Arrival Instructions

First, let us know you are coming, with a call to the HRC business office Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Under most circumstances, plan to arrive in Minneapolis on a Monday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM or on Tuesday at 9:00 AM.

Those unable to arrive during regular HRC business hours may need to make hotel reservations until the next business day. Be prepared to do grocery shopping for food and other supplies. Check with us in advance to confirm the appropriate clothing Minnesota’s climate requires at the time of the year you are coming. Some clients may be required to stay with a companion for an agreed upon length of time. Please factor this in to your stay if needed.
